So - there are two main possibilities for the location of our reunion. The goal is to keep it simple and to keep costs down.
CG Lantis has generously offered to let us his property in Stockbridge. This opportunity lends flexibility. There would not be a rental cost to use this property so it will make the ticket price of the reunion cheaper. This option would allow for an all day event where:
> 2-5:30pm: kids activities - picnic style
> 5:30pm -late: adult time
- DJ/Ipod for dancing
- Cook out possibly by Joe Showerman
- casual/outdoor event
- Pole Barn in case of inclement weather
- Bon Fire
- Camping on property
- Beer/Wine provided
The other option of holding it at a Bar or Restaurant, like Hankard Hills has the opportunity of:
- More formal event
- catered dinner
- cash bar
- DJ/Ipod for dancing
